About the Role:

About You:
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Financial Accountant role
- Strong experience preparing full trial balance and reconciliations
- Experience producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Experience with Technology One, AlayaCare, or similar financial management systems
- Experience in the aged care, home care, healthcare, community services, or not-for-profit sector is highly desirable
