We are recruiting for a qualified Financial Accountant to join our client’s Finance Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role will support group reporting, statutory accounts, consolidation, and technical accounting during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly group consolidation, including journals and review of consolidated results.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements, reconciliations, variance analysis, and commentary.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and assigned entity deliverables.
  • Provide clear information to auditors, advisers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Research and apply IFRS guidance to technical accounting matters.

The Ideal Candidate

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge.
  • Experience in group reporting, consolidation, statutory accounts, and audit support.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and able to deliver to strict deadlines.
  • A clear communicator with a collaborative and flexible approach.
