Financial Accountant | Real Estate | 12 month FTC | £60-65k - ASAP start.

Working with a well-known real estate firm in central London who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join them on a maternity leave contract. It is a broad reporting role where you will gain exposure across the business and work with lots of different stakeholders.

  • Supporting monthly, quarterly and year-end group reporting and consolidation
  • Preparing journals, reconciliations and management accounts
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Managing service charge, fixed asset and intercompany accounting
  • Assisting with treasury, cash flow, loan facilities and covenant reporting
  • Supporting VAT, CIS and corporation tax requirements
  • Assisting with external audit and statutory reporting under IFRS / FRS 102
  • Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, systems and controls

Skills required

  • Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA candidate
  • Experience in financial or management reporting.
  • Able to start by the end of September.
