As a Financial Accountant in London within the not-for-profit sector
You'll be responsible for managing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your work will play a key role in supporting the organisation's financial health and decision-making.
Client Details
This role is with an organisation in the not-for-profit sector based in London.
Description
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in line with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Month end, balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconcile accounts and manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Knowledge of Treasury within a financial accounting remit
- Higher Education experience is desirable

Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification or part-qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience in financial reporting and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Knowledge of Treasury within a financial accounting remit
- Higher Education experience is desirable

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position within the not-for-profit sector in London.
