Radley Green is partnering with a global Retail business to recruit a Financial Accountant for their London Head office.

This business is fast-growth and this role will work in a small team looking after their international brands.

The role requires someone who is Part-Qualified to Newly Qualified with strong Financial Accounting experience – whether that is from Practice or in industry and will pay £45k-£50k + bonus, great benefits and hybrid working.

This is a development role and whilst Retail experience would be beneficial, it is more important to be an ambitious financial accountant who can pick things up quickly and run with them.

This role reports into the Head of Finance and will entail:

  • Coordinate statutory compliance activities and financial statement preparation across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Liaise with external advisors, local partners, and compliance specialists to meet all regulatory filing deadlines with accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform comprehensive account reconciliations between local statutory records and internal consolidated accounts, investigating variances as required
  • Prepare and submit multi-jurisdictional indirect tax documentation, ensuring full regulatory compliance and maximising tax efficiency
  • Manage extended producer responsibility and packaging tax obligations across territories in partnership with third-party specialists
  • Contribute to corporate responsibility and environmental compliance reporting initiatives
  • Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and foster collaborative relationships across Finance, Supply Chain, and external networks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
