Role
As Financial Accountant you will work closely with the CFO who is all about internal growth and development. Please find a brief outline of the role below:
- Manage the global group consolidation process
- Duties as part of management accounts process
- Consolidation and review of overseas subsidiaries into Group management
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Supporting the Head of Financial Control with all technical accounting matters (IFRS)
- Liaising with external auditors and advisors

Profile
The Financial Accountant for this Private Equity is ideally for the below
- Qualified Accountant with at Least one-year PQE (ACA, ACCA)
- Lots of experience on audit entities using various IFRS standards
- From Financial Services - Ideally Private Equity
Company
The Financial Accountant will report into a hugely impressive CFO who you will work very closely with on the day-to-day operations. The fintech is looking for someone who’s very tech savvy and the business is looking to automation, AI to help improve processes. The Private Equity has year on year growth and reason for this is due to growth.

Salary & Benefits
Salary is benchmarked £70,000 to £80,000 on experience. Additionally, they also have amazing culture and work life balance and only require you to be in the office 4 times a week and are all about internal progression and growth. The business also has 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), private medical and lots of other great benefits and other amazing benefits.
