Your new company
I'm excited to be working with an established national organisation who are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join its Record to Report (R2R) function. Reporting to the R2R Controller, this position plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of compliance, governance and statutory reporting activities across the finance shared services environment.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance and governance processes delivered by an offshore team, ensuring all statutory, regulatory and internal reporting obligations are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines. Acting as the primary liaison between Finance Shared Services, Tax, Divisional Finance teams and offshore stakeholders, the role will provide technical expertise, leadership, coaching and support while promoting a culture of strong financial control, service excellence and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
- Accounting experience and qualifications essential or studying towards this
- Strong knowledge of TAX, VAT and CIS compliance processes.
- High proficiency in Excel and confidence working with large data sets.
