Are you a recently qualified ACA or ACCA accountant looking to make your first move from practice into industry?

We're partnering with a leading global media agency to recruit a Financial Accountant to join their European finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to international statutory reporting, audit coordination, financial compliance, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple European entities.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in supporting financial reporting, improving processes, and helping drive finance transformation projects within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements across multiple European entities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and advisers to ensure timely completion of audits and local filings.
  • Assist with tax, VAT and treasury-related activities across the region.
  • Support finance transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Review and strengthen financial controls, policies and reporting processes.
  • Build relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders across international offices.
  • Contribute to month-end close, budgeting and forecasting activities as required.

About You:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified accountant.
  • Recently qualified or up to 3 years post-qualified experience.
  • Audit-trained, ideally from a Top 20 or mid-tier practice environment.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP, statutory reporting and financial controls.
  • Exposure to multi-entity, international or group reporting environments would be advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement, automation and finance transformation.
