About the Role
As financial accountant, you will support the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across Beyond Housing. Working as part of our finance team, you will maintain strong financial controls, manage fixed asset and grant accounting, support balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with VAT and tax requirements. You will also contribute to year-end accounts, audit preparation and continuous improvement across financial systems and processes.
Responsibilities

- Support balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with VAT and tax requirements
- Contribute to year-end accounts, audit preparation and continuous improvement across financial systems and processes

Requirements
- Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deliver accurate work to agreed deadlines
- Experience of financial controls, month-end and year-end processes, financial systems and reconciliations
- Confidence to communicate clearly, work collaboratively and build effective relationships across the organisation
