What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Group Finance team, you'll gain hands-on experience across a range of financial activities, including:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reviewing accruals, prepayments and journals.
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end processes.
- Supporting VAT, audit and tax requirements.
- Helping to develop and improve financial controls and processes.
- Producing cashflow reports and financial analysis.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insight.

Requirements
- Min. Part Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in a Financial Accountant role.
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
