About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Accountants and Auditors with expertise in financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS, auditing, financial modeling, Excel, internal controls, and tax compliance to contribute to advanced AI training and evaluation projects.
You'll apply your financial expertise to review and evaluate financial statements, financial models, audit procedures, tax documentation, and accounting materials, while providing structured feedback to help improve the accuracy, reasoning, and performance of next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required. Your accounting expertise, audit experience, financial analysis skills, and attention to detail are the primary qualifications for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
- Develop, review, and validate financial models using advanced Excel functions and analytical techniques.
- Assess audit procedures, internal controls, and financial documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze tax compliance documentation and evaluate alignment with applicable regulations.
- Prepare detailed written reports summarizing financial findings, analysis, and recommendations.
- Evaluate AI-generated financial and accounting outputs for accuracy, completeness, and professional standards.
- Contribute realistic financial scenarios, accounting case studies, and evaluation materials to support AI training.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback on financial reporting, accounting practices, and audit methodologies.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain high standards of financial accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
- Proven experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for diverse organizations.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reasoning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting certification.
- Experience with financial reporting, external or internal audit, tax compliance, or accounting advisory services.
- Experience working with complex financial models and advanced Excel functions.
- Background in process improvement, financial technology, or technology-driven finance projects.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, financial data annotation, or AI model evaluation.
- Experience developing financial evaluation frameworks, quality assurance processes, or accounting training materials.
- Strong understanding of international accounting and reporting requirements.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $60–$75/hour.
