Partner Financial are recruiting a Financial Accountant for a business whose main focus is in the sports & entertainment sector. Backed by significant investment and led by an experienced & stable leadership team, the business is looking to add additional headcount to support increased workload. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for a range of tasks including financial & management accounting, cash-flow forecasting and investment appraisal, all whilst supporting the business and wider finance team as the business grows.

- Assisting in the production of monthly management and financial accounts.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly VAT returns and year-end accounts.
- Produce cash-flow forecasts & commentary for review by the CEO and other c-suite members.
- Appraisal of potential new investments; prepare analysis of ROI on existing investments.
- Provide support to the Financial Controller and wider finance team across various projects.
The Candidate:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) strongly preferred.
- Strong all-round management accounting experience gained in either practice or industry.
- A strong communicator who can add value quickly and operate effectively immediately.
- An ability to work at pace in a fast-moving and constantly evolving environment.
- A demonstrable interest in sport will be an advantage.
