Job Title

Join a growing international business in a highly visible finance role, taking ownership of statutory reporting, audits, and financial controls. You'll work closely with senior leadership while gaining the opportunity to develop into a broader Financial Controller position.

The finance team plays a key role in supporting this growth, creating excellent opportunities for development, progression, and the chance to make a genuine impact.

Description

  • Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and manage the annual audit process.
  • Oversee month-end close and financial reporting activities.
  • Review cash flow reporting and strengthen financial controls.
  • Support and develop junior transactional finance team members.
  • Partner with operational and senior leadership teams across the business.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to future systems and ERP projects.
  • Gain exposure to international operations, including collaboration with European entities.

Profile

  • Strong financial accounting and statutory reporting experience.
  • Audit background, ideally a first-time mover from practice.
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and good systems skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop towards a future Financial Controller position.
  • A collaborative team player who can support and develop junior finance staff.

Job Offer

  • Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus.
