We’re looking for a qualified Finance Manager/ Financial Accountant to join a fast-growing tech company and play a key role in strengthening and scaling its finance function.
This is a hands-on role reporting to the Head of Finance, with responsibility for financial operations, reporting, compliance, controls and continuous improvement. This role is working 3 days in the London office.
The role
You’ll take ownership of:
- Month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Annual statutory accounts and end-to-end external audit management
- VAT, CIS, corporation tax and other HMRC compliance
- Purchase-to-pay and revenue ledger processes
- Cash management, bank reconciliations and internal controls
- Fixed assets, inventory and payroll-related finance processes
- Finance systems administration and process improvement
- Revenue recognition and financial analysis
- Supporting wider finance projects and business decision-making
- Leading and developing an Accountant and Finance Assistant

What we’re looking for


Get help with your application

You’ll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with:
- Strong external audit and financial reporting experience
- Excellent technical knowledge across accounting, tax and controls
- Experience improving or implementing finance systems
- A continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
