Working closely with the Senior Financial Accountant and the wider Financial Accounting and Transactional Function, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting while supporting the build-out of a scalable, best-in-class accounting environment across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Support the execution of the monthly financial close
  • Prepare and post accrual, prepayment, payroll, capex, revenue, and FX entries, among others
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for review
    • Cash, AR, AP, fixed assets, other payables and receivables, equity
  • Support transactional processing
    • Approvals, audit trail, and clean ledgers

    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks
    • Assist management with ad hoc reporting and partner with FP&A and other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
    • Assist in building and documenting financial controls, accounting policies, and governance frameworks
    • Track capital spend and asset capitalization
    • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Support external reporting
    • Prepare U.S. GAAP (and IFRS where applicable) external financial statements
    • Support external audits and act as a key point of contact for auditors
    • Prepare support for auditors
    • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of ERP/accounting systems
    • Assist with tax compliance, indirect tax (e.g., VAT/sales tax) returns, and regulatory filings across jurisdictions
    • Maintain and enhance the general ledger and chart of accounts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
