Financial Accountant | £60,000–£65,000 + Benefits | Maidenhead (Hybrid) | Permanent
Core3 is delighted to be working with a market-leading global organisation in Maidenhead to recruit a Financial Accountant to join its finance team.

The role is particularly well suited to someone who has trained within a Top 6 accountancy practice and is looking to make their move into industry, or someone who has already made that transition and wants to continue developing within a large global organisation. You’ll benefit from hybrid working, typically 2–3 days per week in the Maidenhead office, alongside a strong benefits package and clear opportunities to develop your career.
How you’ll make an impact
- Deliver accurate monthly group reporting under IFRS
- Prepare statutory accounts under FRS 101 and FRS 102
- Support month-end close and ensure reporting deadlines are consistently achieved
- Manage key treasury activities, including FX exposure and cash deposits
- Review transactions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment
- Work closely with external auditors and internal tax, legal, and treasury teams
- Support budgeting and forecasting across group entities
- Provide technical accounting guidance to stakeholders across the business
- Strengthen financial controls and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes
- Support VAT, regulatory submissions, and wider financial reporting requirements

Why you’re a great fit
- Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
- Training gained within a Top 6 accountancy practice
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly around statutory and financial reporting
- A first mover from practice would be well suited, although candidates who have already moved into industry are equally encouraged to apply
- Good understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Confident working with auditors and senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing reporting deadlines
- Comfortable working within a complex, international organisation
- Proactive approach to improving processes, controls, and ways of working
