Role Description
The Financial Administrative Assistant is a temporary, part-time, on-site role based in Swindon. This role is responsible for supporting the Finance Director with daily financial and administrative operations, including:

The position involves managing administrative processes such as:
- Organising documentation
- Updating databases
- Supporting internal reporting
Additionally, the role includes financial property analysis. The Financial Administrative Assistant will work closely with the team in the office, respond to queries from clients and landlords, and help ensure that financial transactions and office workflows are timely, compliant, and well-documented.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Processes and Administrative Assistance to support day-to-day office operations.
- Experience with Billing Process and Invoicing to manage clients, cleaners, and property accounts accurately.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance to support transaction recording, expense tracking, and basic reconciliations. (Specifically on the Xero software).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting or invoicing tools, document management systems).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in an administrative or finance support role is beneficial; background in property and/or cleaning management is an advantage.
- Relevant training or education in administration, accounting, or business is preferred.
