Financial Administrator
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire - £26,091.00 to £28,000 DOE. Permanent, full time
We’re looking for a bright, ambitious, and hard-working candidate to join our friendly and supportive customer service team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career within a modern and award-winning financial services firm.
THE ROLE:
This role is based in our Leamington Spa office. Your duties will vary day-to-day and will include the following:
- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls.
- Making outgoing telephone calls.
- Making calls/requests to and dealing with pension, investment, mortgage and insurance companies and enquiries.
- Processing of new business applications.
- Supporting our Mortgage Capacity Experts and Trustee Accounts Specialists.
- Supporting our Paraplanners and Advisers.
- Administering Group Scheme Policy Renewals.
- General office admin duties.
- Greeting visitors at our office.
- Communicating with clients.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Previous customer service experience desired.
- Minimum education: Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C and above (or equivalent).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Basic salary of £26,091.00-£28,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure.
