The Opportunity
Samuels Financial LLP is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join its established Manchester-based team on an employed basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused adviser who is looking to develop their career within a professional, relationship-led wealth management business. You will work closely with private clients, families and business owners, providing high-quality, holistic financial advice designed to help clients build, protect and preserve their wealth.
The role offers the stability of an employed position alongside the opportunity to build strong, long-term client relationships and become an integral part of an established and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of private clients, families and business owners.
- Conduct comprehensive client meetings, fact-finds and financial reviews to understand clients’ objectives, circumstances and attitudes to risk.
- Provide holistic financial planning and wealth management advice across areas including investments, pensions and retirement planning, protection and estate/inheritance-tax planning.
- Develop clear, suitable and compliant financial strategies aligned to each client’s individual circumstances and objectives.
- Prepare and present recommendations and suitability reports to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and proactively identify changing needs and planning opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the wider administration and support team to deliver an efficient, high-quality client experience.
- Develop professional relationships with centres of influence and generate appropriate new client opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all advice is delivered in line with regulatory, compliance and company requirements.
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation, regulation, market developments and professional standards.

About You
We are looking for an established Financial Adviser who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
You will ideally have:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Current SPS and relevant adviser status/experience.
- A strong understanding of holistic financial planning and wealth management.
- Proven experience advising private clients, ideally including pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A genuine client-first approach, with the ability to build trust and develop relationships over the long term.
- Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities for existing and prospective clients.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team environment.
