We are part of the Spicerhaart family. Established in 1989, Spicerhaart is one of the UK’s most innovative estate agency groups, combining the largest independent residential sales and residential lettings branch network with a rapidly growing mortgage and protection services and legal business.
Just Wealth is the missing piece in the jigsaw and enables us to provide a full financial offering to our clients. With over 40,000 existing clients and with our Mortgage Advisers seeing hundreds of new clients every week we are looking to build the number of experienced, qualified Wealth Advisors within Just Wealth and help service the demand for financial advice.

Your responsibilities will include
- Provide high-quality, client-focused advice aligned with individual needs and objectives
- Analyse clients’ financial situations to determine appropriate mortgage options
- Utilise the training and support provided by the firm
- Manage client records and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable and current regulatory requirements.
- Promote your services through networking and marketing, to grow your client base
What will you need to succeed?
- DipFA Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent) qualification
- Strong track record of sales and building strong client relationships
- Self motivated with excellent communication skills
- Ambitious with entrepreneurial drive to develop your business network and client portfolio
- Good knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
