Financial Adviser - Northern Ireland
We are working with a growing national financial planning and wealth management business, backed by a major UK investment and wealth management group, as it continues to expand its presence across Northern Ireland.
Following recent investment in the Belfast operation, the business is looking to appoint two experienced Financial Advisers to support its continued growth across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for established advisers who want to join a well-backed, ambitious wealth management business while retaining the autonomy and client-focused approach of a high-quality financial planning practice.
The Opportunity
The business has grown rapidly through both organic expansion and the acquisition of established financial planning practices across the UK.
Its Northern Ireland operation is now entering its next phase of growth, with plans to build a strong local team of advisers supported by dedicated administration and paraplanning capability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
