About the Role

Newcastle Financial Advisers are excited to offer an opportunity for a Financial Adviser covering Pickering and North Yorkshire. For over 20 years, we've been proud to provide trusted and personalised financial advice to customers across our branch network, helping people make confident decisions about their financial future.

As a Financial Adviser, you'll be at the heart of those conversations. You'll build meaningful relationships, deliver high-quality face-to-face advice, and make a real difference within local communities across the region. You'll be supported by a dedicated administrative team, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional advice and outstanding customer experiences.

This role is primarily branch-based, with an expectation of spending 3 to 4 days per week within our North Yorkshire branch network.

In this role, you will:

  • Build, nurture and grow relationships with internal and external introducers
  • Manage a structured customer review process, ensuring every customer receives ongoing, tailored support
  • Generate new introductions through trust, rapport and excellent service
  • Contribute to goals across customer satisfaction, quality, business growth and personal development
  • Partner with branch colleagues across Pickering and the wider North Yorkshire area to bring clear, expert advice to new and existing customers
  • Review customers' financial circumstances and provide advice that supports their financial wellbeing and future planning
  • Represent Newcastle Financial Advisers within local communities, helping build awareness and trust
  • Identify and support the delivery of our Financial Education programme.

About You

You're a Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser who is passionate about helping people make informed choices about their financial future. You thrive on building relationships, take pride in delivering clear and authentic advice, and enjoy working in a way that is collaborative, inclusive and customer-focused.

You'll bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships quickly
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding new advice, customer satisfaction and service expectations
  • High standards of quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • A proactive, commercially and quality-focused mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities
  • The flexibility to travel throughout Pickering and North Yorkshire and work closely with branch colleagues across the region
  • The ambition to grow, succeed and make a positive impact in a supportive, people-focused environment
