Role Description

The Financial Adviser will provide comprehensive financial guidance to clients, including assessing their current financial situation, defining objectives, and recommending appropriate strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves advising on retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and overall wealth management, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Financial Adviser will collaborate with internal specialists where needed and proactively follow up with clients to review and adjust plans.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to develop comprehensive, goal-based client strategies.
  • Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills to analyse markets, construct portfolios, and evaluate risk and return.
  • Candidates should possess Financial Advisory skills to deliver clear, ethical, and client-focused guidance.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should have strong numerical abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFP, DipFA, or equivalent) and experience in wealth management or financial services are highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and industry standards, along with proficiency in financial planning tools and CRM systems, is preferred.
