Financial Adviser (Employed)

Kent | Hybrid Working

The Opportunity

Join a highly respected, boutique Chartered Financial Planning firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional client outcomes. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to inherit and develop an established portfolio of clients while contributing to the firm's ongoing success.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a genuinely supportive environment where advisers are valued, clients always come first, and long-term relationships are at the heart of the business. Backed by a highly experienced management team, dedicated Paraplanners, and Administrators, you'll be able to focus on what you do best: delivering high-quality financial planning advice and growing client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop an existing client portfolio with approximately £20 million AUM
  • Deliver tailored financial planning and wealth management advice
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing reviews
  • Identify opportunities to grow assets under management and generate new business
  • Work collaboratively with experienced Paraplanners and Administrators
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm

About You

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum
  • Chartered Financial Planner, or actively working towards Chartered status
  • Experience as a Financial Adviser/Financial Planner
  • Ideally from an independent or whole-of-market advice background
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Consultative and client-centric approach to financial planning
  • Motivated to grow and develop an established client bank
