Financial Adviser (Employed) - SSAS & SIPP Specialist
Fully remote - UK
Salary: £55,000 and bonuses

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser with strong SSAS and SIPP expertise to join a growing specialist wealth and pension advisory business.
This is a client-facing role focused equally on new business generation and high-quality regulated advice. You will develop relationships with professional introducers including accountants, solicitors, and commercial property professionals, converting referrals into long-term client relationships while delivering expert pension, retirement, estate planning, and wealth management advice.
The Role:
- Building and managing a network of professional introducers
- Generating and converting new SSAS and SIPP business opportunities
- Leading clients through the onboarding process and establishing trusted advisory relationships
- Providing compliant, tailored advice on pensions, retirement planning, investments, inheritance tax, and estate planning
- Developing relationships with existing non-advised clients and identifying holistic financial planning opportunities
- Representing the business at networking events, seminars, and industry functions
- Contributing to the growth and development of a market-leading specialist proposition

Your Profile:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- FCA-authorised Financial Adviser with SSAS and/or SIPP advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of pension legislation and financial planning
- A proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Experience working with complex pension arrangements, business owners, and professional introducers
- Commercially driven with a strong commitment to advice quality, compliance, and client outcomes
