As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, qualified and ambitious Financial Adviser Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead by example, drive business performance and help shape the future success of our growing business.

The Role

We're seeking a qualified Financial Adviser with proven leadership experience who is passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes, driving results and supporting our mission of helping everyone.

As Financial Adviser Manager, you'll lead and inspire our team of Financial Advisers, helping them achieve their personal and business objectives through coaching, mentoring and performance management. You'll also play a key role in developing business opportunities, improving processes and ensuring our clients continue to receive exceptional advice and service.

As a valued member of our Working Management Group, you'll work closely with the Directors and senior colleagues to support strategic initiatives, encourage innovation and contribute to the continued growth of Lifetime Financial Management.

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Financial Advisers.
  • Drive business growth by improving adviser performance, productivity and client outcomes.
  • Lead by example as a qualified Financial Adviser, demonstrating professionalism, integrity and excellent client care.
  • Support advisers in achieving individual and team objectives while maintaining high regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to help advisers reach their full potential.
  • Review and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, adviser effectiveness and the client journey.
  • Work collaboratively with administrators, paraplanners and the wider leadership team to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives as a member of the Working Management Group.
  • Champion positive change and help embed new ways of working across the business.
  • Promote a positive, supportive and high-performance culture aligned with our company values.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified Financial Adviser status (Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent).
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality financial advice.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching and developing successful teams.
  • A passion for helping others succeed and achieving outstanding client outcomes.
  • The ability to motivate, inspire and drive results.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a focus on business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge constructively and encourage continuous improvement.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards.
  • A genuine passion for supporting Lifetime Financial Management's mission of helping everyone.
