Financial Adviser

Experienced or Qualified Trainees Welcome

Joining an established wealth management practice, you'll receive clients to help you build momentum while being encouraged and supported to develop your own long-term client bank. With dedicated administration, paraplanning and marketing teams behind you, you'll spend more time advising clients and less time managing paperwork.

Self-Employed Financial Adviser

For advisers who want the rewards of running their own business without starting from scratch.

Package includes:

  • £36,000 guaranteed income
  • Existing clients to get you started
  • 70% Initial Advice Fees (self-generated business)
  • 60% Initial Advice Fees (provided clients)
  • 50/50 split on Ongoing Advice Fees
  • Revenue splits increase as your business develops
  • Six-year Ongoing Advice Fee payout on exit (subject to a minimum of 10 years' service or £800,000 of revenue generated)
  • Dedicated administration, paraplanning and marketing support
