Employed Financial Adviser
This employed opportunity is ideal for an Adviser who enjoys building deep client relationships and delivering excellent ongoing service.
Package
- £60,000 basic salary
- £10,000 annual bonus, paid quarterly
- Additional earnings through new business activity
- Full support infrastructure including paraplanning and client servicing teams
- Hybrid working and flexibility
- Regular development and mentoring support

Who We're Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma qualified, or working towards completion
- Passionate about building a successful career in financial advice
- Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
- Client-focused and committed to delivering positive outcomes
- Ambitious, professional and commercially minded
- Looking for a business where culture and support genuinely matter
Whilst Level 4 qualification is preferred, we would still welcome conversations with individuals who are close to completion or can demonstrate exceptional potential and commitment to a career in financial advice.
