Lester Brunt Wealth Management is a leading Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management. The firm provides bespoke advice on tax, trusts* and investment management through in-person meetings and webinars, helping clients navigate complex and often stressful financial decisions. The team focuses on building long-term, trusted relationships, taking time to understand each client’s current situation, goals and concerns. Financial plans are tailored to individual priorities, aiming to create a strong platform for the future and ensure that money makes a positive difference in the areas clients care about. Lester Brunt Wealth Management trades as Lester Brunt Wealth Management Ltd, under the St. James’s Place Partnership marketing umbrella. *Trusts are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Location:
South West / South East - Office is located in Wimborne Minster, Dorset but flexible on location.
Role Description:
This full-time Financial Adviser role. The Financial Adviser will meet with clients to assess their financial circumstances, goals and risk appetite, and provide tailored advice on investments, tax planning and retirement strategies in line with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Preparing and presenting financial plans
- Reviewing and updating client portfolios
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
The role involves:
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Responding to client queries
- Delivering guidance through both one-to-one meetings and group sessions or webinars
The Financial Adviser will also collaborate with colleagues and attend internal training to stay current with market developments, regulatory changes and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 4 Advice qualification and sales/ financial adviser background
- Strong skills in financial planning, investment management, and tax-efficient structuring, with the ability to develop bespoke client strategies.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication to build trust and long-term engagement.
- Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis and research, interpret market information, and present complex concepts in accessible terms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple client cases and meet agreed service standards.
- Prior experience in financial advice, wealth management or a sales field is highly beneficial.

Earnings:
Self-employed with guaranteed minimum earnings of £36,000 per annum and the opportunity to build real business value within a leading financial advice business managing £950m+ for clients across the south. Potential for earning £100k+ within 2 years, with the opportunity for further financial progression.
