This is a self-employed role, based remotely in the Midlands area & surrounding.

Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for the freedom to run your own business while benefiting from the support of an established and growing firm?

Concept Financial Services are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Financial Adviser to join our team on a self-employed basis. This opportunity would suit an adviser with a proven track record of generating their own business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering high-quality financial advice.

Whilst the majority of business generation will come from your own networking, referrals, and professional connections, occasional leads will be provided to support your growth.

You'll have the flexibility to work entirely remotely whilst benefiting from ongoing mentorship, compliance support, administration assistance, and access to a collaborative team who are committed to helping you succeed every step of the way.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide regulated financial advice in line with Concept and The Openwork Partnership
  • Manage and service an existing client bank, conducting annual reviews and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Identify additional advice opportunities within the client base and via referrals.
  • Ensure all advice is compliant, well-documented, and aligned with Consumer Duty obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM and back-office systems.
  • Contribute to the firm’s wider business objectives through consistent delivery and professional conduct.

With mentorship, guidance and infrastructure available from day one, you'll be supported every step of the way whilst retaining control of your own success.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) - this is essential.
  • Proven track record of providing financial advice
  • Customer service experience
  • A customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
