Are you ambitious, personable, and looking to build a long-term career as a Financial Adviser?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing independent financial planning business that has a proven track record of developing people into successful advisers.
You don’t need previous financial advice experience or to be fully qualified. The business is looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills, and ambition who wants to progress into a Financial Adviser role.

The Role:
- Support experienced advisers and the Paraplanning team
- Prepare suitability reports and conduct financial research
- Learn the firm's processes and technical approach
- Attend client meetings and shadow experienced advisers
- Develop knowledge across pensions, retirement planning, investments, IHT, trusts, and bonds
- Progress towards increased client-facing responsibility
- Work towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser
- Eventually manage and develop your own established client bank
