About the Role
As a Financial Advisor, you'll build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients across Devon, guiding them towards financial independence through comprehensive financial planning. You'll follow a structured advice process to understand clients' goals and deliver tailored strategies covering pensions, investments, savings, and protection.

- Deliver face-to-face and virtual client meetings
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and produce detailed reports
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and company leads
- Maintain and grow client relationships through regular reviews
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to enhance client service
Financial Advisor Requirements
- Essential: Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent)
- Essential: Experience as a practicing Financial Advisor with proven client management skills
- Essential: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Desirable: Business development and networking experience
- Desirable: Proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Teams

Financial Advisor Benefits
