Financial Adviser Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent essential
  • Experience working as a Financial Adviser within a UK regulated environment essential
  • Proven ability to advise across core personal financial planning areas
  • Experience managing client relationships end to end
  • Office-based advisory experience desirable

Financial Adviser Benefits

  • Employed option with basic salary from £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
  • Salary validation at 2.5 times with bonus thereafter
  • Self-employed option with 60 percent income retention on self-generated business
  • 40 percent income retention on provided leads and clients
  • Income smoothing available for self-employed advisers
  • Hybrid working with expectation of office presence when not seeing clients

You should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of offices in Taunton, Barnstaple ideally within 20 miles.
