Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Financial Advisor based in Fleet. The Financial Advisor will deliver customised financial planning services, including investment management, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, cash flow modelling, and protection planning. The role involves building and maintaining strong, trustworthy client relationships while offering expert advice tailored to their circumstances and goals. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
  • Proficiency in tax management, estate and trust planning, and financial protection concepts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for developing bespoke financial strategies and cash flow models.
  • Experience of cash flow modelling tools (like Voyant) and Fund Analysis tools (like FE Analytics)
  • Relevant certifications such as Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent qualifications; Chartered Financial Planner status is advantageous.
  • Experience with financial tools, software, and modelling techniques.
  • Proven track record of meeting client financial objectives and achieving growth in a financial advisory capacity.
  • A commitment to continued professional development and staying updated on financial regulations and market trends.
