Financial Adviser – Employed

Hybrid / Remote | South of England | Dorset-based Practice

Looking for your next move as a Financial Adviser without having to build everything from scratch?

We're recruiting an experienced Financial Adviser to join a growing, family-run wealth management practice based in Dorset, offering an excellent opportunity for an adviser looking for long-term career development within a supportive and established business.

You'll benefit from an existing client bank from day one, with opportunities to build strong, long-term client relationships and develop your own portfolio, alongside dedicated paraplanning and administration support.

This is a flexible remote/hybrid opportunity, with clients located across the South of England. You'll have the freedom to manage your diary and client relationships while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

About you

We're looking for an experienced Financial Adviser who is passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes and building long-term relationships.

You'll ideally have:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified
  • Experience providing holistic financial advice
  • A proven track record of developing and retaining client relationships
  • Experience managing and servicing an existing client bank
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, client-focused approach
  • A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the South of England
