The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the firm's continued growth by:
- Taking over and managing clients passed across by senior advisers.
- Building relationships with existing ad hoc clients and identifying opportunities to transition them to ongoing service arrangements.
- Following up and converting qualified leads generated through established referral partnerships.
- Working closely with a network of mortgage and protection advisers who regularly introduce prospective clients.
- Developing business from a strong wills and estate planning referral source.
- Conducting client meetings primarily over the phone, with occasional use of Microsoft Teams.
