Financial Adviser
London - Hybrid - 2 days in office & 3 days WFH
OTE c£100k +
A boutique independent financial advice firm based in London, is looking to appoint an employed Financial Adviser to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Adviser who is CAS signed off and looking to inherit an established portfolio of clients from day one, while also having the opportunity to develop and grow the book over time.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will take responsibility for an existing client bank of approximately:
- £20m Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Around 50 established client relationships
- Average investable assets of approximately £400,000 per client
You will be the primary adviser for these clients, delivering ongoing advice and servicing across:

The role involves conducting annual review meetings, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying additional planning opportunities, and generating referrals and new business from an engaged client base.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a financial adviser within an independent or wealth management environment
- CAS signed off
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection advice
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to develop existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities
