Financial Advisor / Financial Planner – Shrewsbury

Confidential Client | High Priority Appointment

We are currently supporting a well-established, directly authorised and fully independent wealth management firm (confidential client) in the appointment of an experienced Financial Planner.

This is a priority hire, with interviews being arranged promptly for suitable candidates.

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to join a respected advisory firm with a strong regional presence and a consistent flow of client demand. Unlike traditional roles focused on servicing an existing book, this position provides:

  • Access to warm, pre-qualified client leads
  • A schedule of pre-arranged client meetings
  • The opportunity to build and develop your own client portfolio
  • A focus on long-term relationship management and holistic financial planning

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
  • Chartered status, or working towards (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and convert opportunities
  • Professional, client-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness with a long-term advisory mindset
  • An existing client bank may be advantageous but is not essential.
