Role: IFA Administrator
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
Location: Henley in Arden
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00 (1hr lunch break)
- Friday 08:30 – 16:00 (30-minute lunch break)
Work from Home: 1 day a week

The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Financial Advisors and ensuring that our clients receive an efficient and professional service. Your responsibilities will range from processing new and existing business to handling client reviews, fund switches, and plan withdrawals. You’ll be instrumental in upholding the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisors, adhering to FCA compliance and company standards.
- Manage client queries, request fund values, and prepare documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Liaise with product providers and third parties to gather required information and ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of all client communications in line with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clients are always supported, even during staff absences.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in financial services, specifically supporting an Independent Financial Advisor, is essential.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with Intelliflo is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training.
