Financial Adviser – Lewes | Hybrid | up to £65,000 + Bonus

Position: Financial Adviser (Employed)

Location: Near Lewes

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site)

Our client is an established wealth management practice and a Senior Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management. Built on integrity, transparency, and genuine client care, they have developed a reputation for ethical advice and strong client relationships. Their close-knit team of four experienced advisers is supported by dedicated administrative and paraplanning teams, creating an environment where advisers can thrive.

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their thriving practice. You will work in a supportive, office-based environment with access to new leads, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, compliant financial advice tailored to individual client needs
  • Manage and develop long-term client relationships
  • Advise on suitable financial solutions and review these as circumstances change
  • Collaborate with a stable, experienced adviser team

Client Book Provided: You will receive an established client bank to build your practice with our client—ready-made relationships and income from day one.

The Package

  • Salary: £60,000+ (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: Based on performance and advice fees
  • Pension: Standard employer contribution
  • Holiday: 27 days per annum
  • Support: Outsourced paraplanning and administrative services
  • Office: Free parking
  • Working Pattern: Approximately 40/60% office-based (hybrid flexibility)

  • Minimum 2 years' financial advising experience
  • Strong work ethic and proactive, self-motivated mindset
  • Client-focused, professional, and transparent approach
  • Relevant qualifications (CAS)
