Sherry FitzGerald Financial Services (SFFS) is a growing division of the Sherry FitzGerald Group incorporating our Mortgages and Life & Pensions businesses. With over 25 years’ experience in the property sector, we give our customers expert financial advice at every stage of the property process, from mortgages & insurance to pensions & investments. As part of its ongoing growth strategy SFFS are looking to recruit a number of Financial Advisors. The successful candidate(s) will become part of an expanding team that provides financial advice across mortgages, life, pensions and investments. Leveraging new technologies, a strong corporate brand and relationships with Ireland’s leading lenders and life & pensions providers, the financial advisor team have a firm focus on supporting the Group’s growth strategy and targets. Role & Responsibilities:
Support the financial needs of SFFS clients through the provision of advice across mortgages, life, insurances, pensions, investments and savings. Recommend and provide tailored solutions to match SFFS client requirements ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards. Optimise all internal and external business opportunities to deliver income impact to the SFFS P&L. Identify & act on referrals as they present themselves across Sherry FitzGerald Group (e.g. Residential, New Homes divisions etc). Achieve KPI targets including annual income, applications, conversion, customer service and profitability metrics. Proactively develop new business opportunities through relationships, networking and business development activities to enhance the SFFS brand and reputation in the community. Provide and maintain excellent customer service to clients at all stages of their journey with SFFS. Be an effective member of the SFFS team contributing to the delivery of the annual business plan, while supporting each other in the achievement of KPIs. Use initiative to identify business opportunities and make recommendations that should be pursued to grow revenue, market share and improve service levels for SFFS. Manage workload to exceed our customers’ expectations by producing work to the highest professional standard, representing the brand in the best way possible. Requirements: 5+ years relevant experience in the Financial Advice industry Qualified to QFA or similar industry level Experience of mortgage advice & sales with track record of achieving annual targets Experience of mortgage packaging & underwriting processes Experience of the Life & Pensions market and products would be an advantage Knowledge of the Irish Property Market Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, good ability to multitask and meet deadlines Highly motivated with an ability to take ownership and strong attention to detail Experience of working in/with the broker industry would be advantageous Comfortable with new technologies and proficient in MS office packages Full clean driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
