Our client, a highly respected financial planning firm backed by significant investment, is experiencing rapid growth and needs talented Financial Advisors to join their collaborative team. With offices across the UK, they are continuing to expand and bolster their footprint, with current focus on recruiting in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol / Bath and the surrounding regions.

You won't be spending your time cold-calling or chasing leads. Instead, you'll benefit from a dedicated lead generation team who qualify prospects before they reach your diary. Recent advisors in their team have hit their annual targets within months due to the volume and quality of opportunities available.
You'll work within a truly collaborative environment where senior practitioners share knowledge freely, and support teams (including Paraplanners and Client Relationship Managers) handle the administrative burden, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and delivering exceptional advice.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own client relationships and delivering holistic, compliant financial advice
- Conducting comprehensive reviews and creating tailored strategies across pensions, investments, and protection
- Converting warm leads into long-term client relationships
- Working towards agreed performance targets with full support
Financial Advisor Requirements
- Essential: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards Chartered is desirable)
- Essential: Experience delivering holistic financial advice in a planning-led environment
- Essential: Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
- Desirable: Track record of building and maintaining client relationships
