An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a highly respected independent financial planning practice based in Leeds.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proven adviser looking to inherit an existing client bank while also benefiting from a strong flow of qualified inbound enquiries. The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering bespoke financial planning and independent advice, operating a true whole of market approach across pensions, investments, retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth management.
The firm is known for its client-first culture, long-term relationships, and independent advice model, allowing advisers complete freedom to recommend the most suitable solutions for clients without provider restrictions.
The Opportunity
You will inherit an established portfolio of existing clients and take ownership of ongoing reviews and servicing requirements.

Alongside this, approximately two-thirds of all new enquiries generated through referrals and the firm’s website will be allocated to you, providing immediate opportunities to grow your client bank and earnings.
This role is perfect for an adviser who enjoys both relationship management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and annual reviews
- Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, and retirement planning
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate recommendations based on thorough research and client objectives
- Produce your own suitability reports and research
- Manage your own administrative workflow and back-office duties
- Build and grow your client portfolio through company-generated leads
- Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing Financial Adviser
- Ability to conduct research and write suitability reports independently
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using Intelligent Office would be advantageous
