Kent / Hybrid
£60,000 to £90,000 base, negotiable and dependant on experience / qualifications and transferable assets

This award-winning, highly reputable client is seeking a Financial Advisor to join its growing Wealth Management team. The position comes with a client book, however if you have any transferable clients this would of course be advantageous. They are looking for someone who can develop business. You will be provided with full paraplanning, compliance and marketing support.

Financial Advisor – The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering bespoke financial planning and investment advice
- Conduct in-depth financial reviews to understand client needs and objectives across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate management
- Develop and present holistic wealth management strategies, aligned with regulatory standards and client goals
- Collaborate with in-house specialists including tax advisers, portfolio managers, and legal experts
- Stay informed on market trends, legislative changes, and product developments to ensure proactive, compliant advice
- Contribute to business development initiatives, mentoring junior advisers and helping grow the firm's client base
Financial Advisor - Qualifications / Qualities:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent); Chartered or working towards Chartered status preferred
- Proven track record of client retention, asset growth, and delivering exceptional service
- Strong knowledge of investment markets, tax planning, retirement strategies, and estate planning
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Client-first mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial needs
