Location: Exeter (within a 10-15 mile radius) Salary: £50,000 basic salary plus 25% of new client fees generated Working Pattern: Hybrid, with up to one day per week home working

A Rare Opportunity for an Ambitious Financial Adviser

Quilter is working with a well-established and highly respected advice firm in Exeter to recruit an ambitious Financial Adviser who is aspiring to take the next significant step in their career.

This opportunity offers far more than a traditional adviser role. The successful candidate will join a growing and successful business with a clear pathway towards future ownership, making it ideally suited to an individual with the ambition and commercial mindset to lead and ultimately acquire an established financial planning practice within the next five years.

Our client has been providing trusted financial advice for over 15 years and has built an excellent reputation across Exeter and the surrounding area. Their services include:

The firm currently consists of three advisers and two administrative support staff, all working collaboratively from a central Exeter office. Their success has been built on strong client relationships, exceptional service standards, and a commitment to delivering positive client outcomes.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will advise clients across:

  • Investments
  • Pensions
  • Mortgages
  • Protection products

Alongside managing and developing client relationships, you will actively contribute to the continued growth of the business through networking, referrals, and self-generated opportunities. This role offers significant scope for progression and influence within the business, with a genuine succession planning opportunity for the right individual.

Experience

  • Holistic advice experience essential - at least 1 year.
  • An existing client following or network of professional introducers would be beneficial, although not essential.
