Who We're Looking For
Junior Financial Advisers
- Nearing completion of the Level 4 Diploma or Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipFA, DipPFS, CISI IAD, or equivalent)
- Currently working in financial services
- Ready to move into an adviser role

Package
- £40,000 basic salary (Junior Adviser)
- 50% IAF on all new business written – paid monthly
- Annual salary reviews linked to FUM growth & management
