The Opportunity

We’re working with an established financial planning business that is looking for a Financial Adviser to join their team and focus on servicing an existing client bank.

This is a great opportunity for an adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing ongoing financial planning advice, without the pressure of generating new business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing relationships with an established client bank
  • Providing ongoing financial advice and financial planning support
  • Conducting regular client meetings and reviews
  • Understanding clients’ changing circumstances and financial objectives
  • Preparing recommendations and ensuring advice is delivered to a high standard
  • Working closely with paraplanning and administration teams
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Keeping up to date with technical, regulatory, and industry developments

  • Holds Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • Has experience working as a Financial Adviser or Financial Planner
  • Enjoys client servicing and relationship management
  • Is confident conducting client meetings
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Takes a client-focused approach to advice
  • Is technically strong and committed to maintaining high professional standards
  • Would prefer a role focused on existing clients rather than new business generation
