Financial Adviser – Inherit an Existing Client Bank | Hybrid Working | Wealth Management
Location: Near Colchester, Essex (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

My client is a highly respected, independent Wealth Management firm with an excellent reputation for delivering bespoke financial planning to high-net-worth individuals and families. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Financial Adviser to join their collaborative and client-focused team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an established client portfolio from day one, allowing you to focus on developing existing relationships while identifying opportunities to grow your client bank. You'll benefit from full paraplanning and administrative support, enabling you to spend more time with clients and less time on paperwork.

The Role:
As a Financial Adviser, you will
- Take over and develop an existing portfolio of loyal clients
- Deliver holistic, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for ongoing financial planning
- Work closely with an experienced paraplanning and client support team to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Generate additional business through referrals and professional introductions
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards
About You:
Applications are welcomed from Advisers at various stages of their career.
You will ideally have:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
- Previous experience providing regulated financial advice
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A client-centric and ethical approach to financial planning
- The ability to manage existing relationships while developing new business opportunities
- A desire to continue your professional development
