Fram is working with a growing independent financial planning firm that is looking to engage with qualified Financial Advisers across a number of its offices in the East of England. The business continues to expand and offers a strong platform for advisers looking to develop their careers within a supportive and well-structured environment.
About the Role
The role provides access to an established client base alongside a consistent flow of new opportunities generated by the firm. Advisers are supported by experienced paraplanning and administration teams, allowing them to focus on developing client relationships, delivering high-quality advice, and growing their portfolio over time.

There is a strong emphasis on adviser development, with ongoing training, coaching, and support available. The firm is particularly interested in Level 4 qualified Financial Advisers who have gained experience providing regulated advice and are now looking for an environment where they can continue to develop. Support towards further professional qualifications and Chartered status is also available.
