Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Financial AI Product Manager to design, iterate and optimize AI-powered financial product solutions. Integrating AI and big data with corporate financial scenarios (including accounting, expense management, financial analysis, risk control and intelligent audit), you will oversee full-lifecycle product management, drive financial system digital upgrading and efficiency improvement, and deliver high-value intelligent financial products for enterprise users.

You need solid financial business knowledge and practical AI application capabilities to identify user demands and pain points, translate business requirements into feasible product solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launch and scaled iteration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Planning: Formulate product roadmaps and iterative strategies by tracking fintech and financial AI industry trends, analyzing market competitors and user demands.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Take charge of the complete product development process, including demand research, prototype design, PRD drafting, project coordination, development follow-up, testing, launch and post-operation iteration.
  • AI Scenario Implementation: Design and deliver AI-driven financial scenarios based on LLM, data analysis and intelligent algorithms, covering intelligent bookkeeping, automated reimbursement, financial reconciliation, risk early warning, intelligent financial reporting and audit inspection.
  • Demand Management: Communicate with internal teams and enterprise clients to mine core demands, establish standardized demand libraries, and prioritize requirements to improve iteration efficiency and user value.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Cooperate with algorithm, development, test and business teams to clarify product requirements, solve project issues, coordinate resources and ensure high-quality product delivery on schedule.
  • Data-driven Iteration: Build product operation indicator systems, monitor product usage, user satisfaction and algorithm performance, and continuously optimize product functions, models and user experience.
  • Compliance Control: Ensure all product functions and data processing comply with financial industry supervision, data security and enterprise financial management norms to avoid compliance risks.
  • Value Operation: Support product promotion and client delivery, sort out value cases, and promote commercialization and scaled application of financial AI products to reduce corporate financial costs and improve operational efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
